How Opal Mehta got kissed and got wild

the name itself suggests what i m going to write about ......i finished reading it today ... nice book but not great piece of work ....whenever i hrd abt the title in past , i always thought opal to be a guy .....but opal is female , working hard to go to Harvard....All indian american or NRI's dreamof going to Harvard...as we ahve dream of going to IIT ....and only few make it to IIT .The story says that it even if u dont make to harvard or to IIT (in our case) , still u can be happy.This makes me think that do we really become happy , when we cant make it to what we dream for??????? i dont know its answer.....I think we make goals for ourselves to achieve something...and we start thinking that by achieving what we dream to be will only make us happy ............probably its not tha case .....happiness comes from unexpected things, ppl around us or just a happy thought from past also makes us happy ......like i chatted with my very old frnd ....we talked for more than half an hour .....it was really good and made me smile for the whole day ..and it made me happy also ..and i feel that college frnds always special and close to heart , even if u have ur colleagues as ur friend.....cant say anything for some ppl colleagues are gr8 frnds for them ......may be its just the way things happend in their lives .......
